特高压直流换流站通流回路接头端子发热限值研究

摘  要:依托大电流温升试验,从不同材质、不同结构强度、不同接触条件等3方面入手,开展不同情况对±800 kV特高压直流换流站接头端子载流-温升特性的研究。结果表明,在试验工况范围内,不同材料特性、不同结构强度以及不同接触条件对接头端子发热限值不存在影响;随着螺栓紧固力矩的增加,接头端子的接触电阻和温升水平逐渐下降并趋于稳定;当螺栓紧固力矩达到标准紧固力矩的90%以上时,接触面表面光洁度对接头端子的接触电阻已无明显影响。通过控制材料特性、结构强度、接触条件,显著降低了接头端子的温升水平,有效保证了±800 kV特高压直流换流站的安全稳定运行。Relying on the high current temperature rise test,starting from the three aspects of different materials,different structural strengths,and different contact conditions,the current carrying temperature rise characteristics of the±800kV UHV DC converter station joint terminals are studied under different conditions.The results show that within the scope of the test conditions,different material properties,different structural strengths and different contact conditions have no effect on the heating limit of the joint terminal;as the bolt tightening torque increases,the contact resistance and temperature rise level of the joint terminal gradually Decrease and tend to be stable;when the bolt tightening torque reaches more than 90%of the standard tightening torque,the surface finish of the contact surface has no obvious effect on the contact resistance of the joint terminal.By controlling the material properties,structural strength,and contact conditions,the temperature rise level of the joint terminals is significantly reduced,and the safe and stable operation of the±800 kV UHV DC converter station is effectively guaranteed.
