摘 要:探究有机肥与微生物菌剂配施对椰园土壤微生态的影响,为椰子树高产栽培提供科学依据。采用大田试验,设置施用有机肥、有机肥配施微生物菌剂和空白对照3个处理,测定椰子树生长的农艺性状、椰园土壤的基本理化性质、土壤酶活性、土壤可培养微生物数量等指标。结果表明:有机肥配施微生物菌剂处理的小叶长度与宽度、根重密度显著大于施有机肥处理和空白对照;土壤容重显著小于施有机肥处理和空白对照;pH、土壤有机质、碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾含量、土壤脲酶、过氧化氢酶和蔗糖酶活性、可培养真菌数量、细菌数量及微生物总量均显著大于施有机肥处理和空白对照处理。说明微生物菌剂与有机肥配施可有效改善椰园土壤微生态环境,促进椰子树的生长。Three treatments including organic fertilizers,organic fertilizers combined with microbial agents,and blank control were designed in field plot experiments to analyze the effects of organic fertilizers combined with microbial agents on the soil micro-ecology in coconut plantation and provide reference for the high yield cultivation of coconut.The basic physical and chemical properties of soil,soil enzyme activity,the number of culturable soil microorganisms in the coconut plantation and the plant growth of the coconut palms in the three treatments were determined.The result showed that the length,width of the leaflets and root weight density are significantly greater in the treatment with the combination of organic fertilizers and microbial agents than in the other two treatments.The soil bulk density is significantly less in the treatment with the combination of organic fertilizers and microbial agents than in the organic fertilizer treatment and the blank control.The soil pH,soil contents of organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium,activities of soil urease,catalase and sucrase,the number of culturable fungi,the number of culturable bacteria and the total number of culturable microorganisms are significantly greater in the treatment with the combination of organic fertilizers and microbial agents than in the organic fertilizer treatment and the blank control.This indicates that organic fertilizer combined with microbial agents can improve effectively the soil micro ecological environment in the coconut plantation and promote the growth of coconut palms.
