摘  要:近年来,植物试管内开花技术逐渐成为研究热点。本研究从鸡冠花试管花卉生产应用角度出发,在保鲜培养阶段添加抑菌剂、食用色素,并考察了产品在不同环境下的适应性。结果表明,添加1 mL/L的山农一号抑菌剂可有效抑制培养基污染率,且鸡冠花株高增加,叶片浓绿、根系较多;向培养基中添加0.02~0.05 g/L的蓝色素或绿色素,鸡冠花的观赏性较好;此条件培养的鸡冠花在温度较低、光照强度较弱的普通室内环境下可以摆放90 d左右,且污染率低至2.22%。综上,培养基中添加1 mL/L的山农一号抑菌剂和0.02~0.05 g/L的蓝色素或绿色素,鸡冠花产品观赏价值较高,制作技术可行性较强,有利于产业化开发。In recent years,in vitro plant flowering has gradually became a research hotspot.In in vitro flowering of Celosia cristata antimicrobial agents and food colorants were added in the culture medium at the fresh-keeping stage to observe their adoptability in different environments from the perspective of production and application of test tube flowers of C.cristata.The results showed that addition of 1 mL/L of antimicrobial agent Shannong 1 inhibited the contamination of the culture medium,and increased plant height and number of root with dark green of leaves of C.cristata.After adding blue colourant and green colourant at 0.02-0.05 g·L-1 in the culture medium the test tube flowers of C.cristata had a higher ornamental value.The in vitro flowers in test tubes could be placed for about 90 days in an ordinary indoor environment with low temperature and weak light intensity,and the contamination rate of the culture medium was as low as 2.22%.These products have a high ornamental value and a high technical feasibility in production,which is conducive to commercial development.
