摘　　要：目的观察左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗急性宫颈炎的效果,并探讨其对患者炎症因子的影响。方法选择2018年9月至2019年10月珠海市香洲区人民医院收治的80例急性宫颈炎患者为研究对象,所有患者均具有抗生素联合用药指征,并且接受药敏性实验,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。观察组患者接受左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗,对照组患者接受阿奇霉素治疗。治疗1周后,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果,以及治疗前后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平和生活质量评分,并观察治疗期间患者的不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平分别为(31.42±6.98)ng/L、(6.18±2.53)ng/L、(9.98±3.75)ng/L,明显低于对照组的(43.22±8.87)ng/L、(9.05±3.11)ng/L、(13.43±3.93)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的认知功能评分、角色功能评分、躯体功能评分、社会功能评分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为10.0%,明显低于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗急性宫颈炎能够消除患者体内炎症,缓解临床症状,促进患者宫颈恢复,提高生活质量,安全性高,治疗效果较好。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of acute cervicitis and its influence on inflammatory factors.Methods Eighty patients with acute cervicitis admitted to People's Hospital of Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai from September 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects.All patients had the indication of antibiotic combination and received drug sensitivity test.Accord-ing to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with levofloxacin combined with azithromycin,while the control group was treated with azithromycin.After 1 week of treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared,as well as the tumor necrosis factor before and after treatment-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and quality of life score,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.0%,which was significantly higher than 77.5%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of TNF-α,CRP,and IL-6 in the observation group were(31.42±6.98)ng/L,(6.18±2.53)ng/L,and(9.98±3.75)ng/L,which were significantly lower than(43.22±8.87)ng/L,(9.05±3.11)ng/L,and(13.43±3.93)ng/L in the control group(P<0.05);the cognitive function score,role function score,physical function score,and social function score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(10.0%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of acute cervicitis can well eliminate inflammation in patients,relieve clini-cal symptoms,promote cervical recovery,improve the quality of life,with high safety and g
