摘　　要：随着我国现代化的迅速发展,企业的安全文化越来越受到人们的关注。据统计,80%的生产事故是由于人的不安全造成的。为了提高人们行为的安全性,必须从雇员的基本素质开始,并依靠企业集团的影响。因此,通过加强企业的安全文化,可以创造良好的安全文化,吸引对安全文化的关注,提高雇员对安全生产的认识,提高雇员的安全意识和技能,建立安全生产的长期机制,最终减少和限制安全生产。With the rapid development of modernization in China,the safety culture of enterprises has attracted more and more attention.According to statistics,80%of production accidents are caused by human insecurity.In order to improve the safety of people's behavior,we must start with the basic qualities of employees and rely on the influence of enterprise groups.Therefore,by strengthening the safety culture of enterprises,we can create a good safety culture,attract attention to the safety culture,employees'awareness of safety in production,enhance employees'safety awareness and skills,and establish a long-term mechanism for production safety,ultimately reduce and limit production safety.
