摘  要:目的探讨Revolution CT联合SSF(snap shot freeze,SSF)技术在高心率(80~100)次/min胸痛三联症(triple-rule-out,TRO)的应用价值。方法选取TRO检查患者100例,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组采用Revolution CT结合SSF技术联合扫描,对照组采用双源CT(第二代)一站式螺旋扫描。对比2组图像主动脉弓AOAR、肺动脉干PA、左肺动脉干LPA、右肺动脉干RPA、左冠状动脉主干LMA、右冠状动脉RCA近端的CT值、噪声、信噪比(SNR)、对比噪声比(CNR),及冠状动脉主观评分和辐射剂量。结果两组图像的CT值均>300 HU,客观评价指标均能较好的满足临床诊断需求。观察组冠状动脉图像主观评分优秀率为90.37%(675/750),对照组95.40%(717/750),差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.231,P=0.972)。观察组所受辐射剂量显著低于对照组。结论高心率TRO患者采用Revolution CT结合SSF技术联合扫描模式,获得较好的图像质量且显著减少患者所受辐射剂量,值得推广。Objective To explore the application value of revolution CT combined with snap shot freeze(SSF)in high heart rate chest pain triad(TRO).Methods 100 patients with TRO examination were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 in each group.The observation group adopted Revolution CT combined with SSF combined scanning mode,and the control group adopted dual-source CT(second generation)one-stop spiral scanning method.We compared the CT values,noise,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),and contrast noise ratio(CNR)of the aortic arch,pulmonary artery,left pulmonary artery,right left pulmonary artery,left coronary artery,and right coronary artery in the two groups.In addition,the subjective score of coronary image and the radiation dose of the 2 groups images were compared.Results The CT values of both groups of images were>300 HU,objective evaluation indexes can better meet the needs of clinical diagnosis.The subjective score of coronary artery images in the observation group was 90.37%(675/750),and the control group was 95.40%(717/750).The difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=0.231,P=0.972).The radiation dose of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion TRO patients with fast heart rate using revolution CT combined with SSF technology combined scanning mode can better meet clinical diagnosis.In addition,it reduces the radiation dose to patients and is worthy to popularize.
