摘 要:目的探究双源双能CT支气管动脉成像对肺结核诊断和治疗疗效的评估价值。方法选取2018年5月~2020年5月我院收治的肺结核患者120例,随机分为双能CT扫描组与单能CT扫描组,分别进行双源双能CT支气管动脉成像技术扫描及单能CT支气管动脉成像技术扫描,比较两组患者主观评分、使用辐射剂量、支气管分支显示数、支气管清晰显影率,对比两组噪声(SD)、CNR、信号噪声比(SNR)、支气管动脉CT值及胸腔积液、淋巴结肿大、淋巴结钙化准确率,对比两组患者治疗1个月、6个月后病情变化情况。结果与单能CT组相比,双能CT组主观评分及支气管分支显示数较高、辐射剂量较低,SD、CNR、SNR及支气管动脉CT值、胸腔积液、淋巴结肿大及淋巴结钙化检测准确率均较高(P<0.05);治疗1个月、6个月后,与单能CT组相比,双能CT组无变化情况较低(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者应用双源双能CT支气管动脉成像技术,安全性较高,对病灶检查、临床疗效评估较为准确,在肺结核诊断、治疗过程中具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore the value of dual-source dual-energy CT bronchial artery imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 120 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis treated in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into dual-energy CT scanning group and single-energy CT scanning group.The two groups were scanned with dual-energy CT bronchial artery imaging technology and single-energy CT bronchial artery imaging technology respectively.The subjective scores,radiation dose used,bronchial branch display number,bronchial clear devel opment rate of the two groups were compared,and the noise of the two groups was compared.Sound(SD),CNR,signal-to-noise ratio(SNR),CT value of bronchial artery and accuracy rate of pleural effusion,lymph node enlargement and lymph node calcification were compared between the two groups after 1 month and 6 months of treatment.Results Compared with the single-energy CT group,the dual-energy CT group had higher subjective score and bronchial branch display number,lower radiation dose,higher detection accuracy of SD,CNR,SNR and bronchial artery CT values,pleural effusion,lymph node enlargement and lymph node calcification(P<0.05);after 1 month and 6 months of treatment,the dual-energy CT group had lower no change compared with the single-energy CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dual-source dual-energy CT bronchial artery imaging technology in pulmonary tuberculosis patients has high safety,accurate lesion examination and clinical efficacy evaluation,and high application value in the diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.
