摘 要:纳米级靶向超声造影剂具有粒径小、靶向性、易修饰等优点,在药物及基因递送治疗系统中,兼具诊断与治疗功能,在癌症诊疗领域得到了广泛的应用研究。本文着重就纳米级靶向超声造影剂在癌症诊疗领域的最新研究进展进行综述,主要介绍了纳米级超声造影剂外膜及内核的分类、表面特征性修饰方法(聚乙二醇化、甘氨酸化、表面活性剂、聚合物氟化等)及其介导基因和药物递送治疗系统的研究进展等。Nanoscale targeted ultrasound contrast agents have the advantages of small particle size,targeting,easy modification,etc.Having both diagnostic and therapeutic functions in the drug and gene delivery treatment system,nanoscale targeted ultrasound contrast agents have been widely studied in the field of cancer diagnosis and treatment.This review focuses on the recent progress of targeted nanoscale ultrasound contrast agents in the field of cancer diagnosis and treatment.This article mainly includes the classification of nanoscale ultrasound contrast agent’s outer membrane and the kernel,characteristic surface modification methods(polyethylene glycol,glycine,surfactant and polymer fluoride,etc.)and the research progress of mediated gene and drug delivery systems,etc.
