摘　　要：胃间质瘤(GST)是最常见的胃肠道间叶组织来源肿瘤,近年来借助CT新设备、新技术,其与胃其它病变的鉴别诊断研究相继报道,术前对其进行危险度分级也成为当下研究的热点。本文就GST的CT鉴别诊断、危险度分级研究现状作一综述,为今后进一步研究提供参考。Gastric stromal tumor(GST)is the most common tumor of gastrointestinal stromal tissue origin.In recent years,with the help of new CT equipment and new technology,the differential diagnosis of GST and other gastric lesions has been reported successively.The preoperative risk grading of GST has also become the focus of current research.In this paper,the research status of CT differential diagnosis and risk classification of GST is reviewed in order to provide some references for further research in the future.
