摘  要:通过建立数字经济发展和旅游效率的评价指标体系,运用熵权法、DEA模型、Moran's I、聚类冷热点分析等方法,对数字经济和旅游效率进行时空演化及空间相关性分析,然后建立空间面板SDM模型,验证数字经济发展对旅游效率的空间溢出效应。结果显示:数字经济整体对旅游效率具有正向空间溢出效应,且在省域之间存在差异,其中基础设施及其应用水平对纯技术旅游效率和规模旅游效率影响显著,且能有效提升规模效率;数字经济基础设施和发展环境与纯技术效率呈负相关。应加大技术、人才的投入,注重旅游“内容化”,注重基础设施空间合理布局,强化区际旅游合作,完善旅游产业数字化的相关法律制度。By establishing the evaluation index system of digital economy development and tourism efficiency,using entropy weight method,DEA model,Moran's I,clustering cold hot spot analysis and other methods,the spatial and temporal evolution and spatial correlation analysis of digital economy and tourism efficiency are carried out.Then a spatial panel SDM model was established to verify the spatial spillover effect of digital economy development on tourism efficiency.The results show that the digital economy as a whole has positive spatial spillover effect on tourism efficiency,and there are differences among provinces.Among them,infrastructure and its application level have a significant impact on pure technology tourism efficiency and scale tourism efficiency,and can effectively improve scale efficiency.Digital economy infrastructure and development environment are negatively correlated with pure technological efficiency.We should increase the investment of technology and talents,pay attention to the"content"of tourism,pay attention to the reasonable layout of infrastructure space to strengthen inter-regional tourism cooperation,and perfect the relevant legal system of the digitization of tourism industry.
