摘　　要：标准是经济社会发展的技术支撑,也是国家质量技术基础建设的重要内容。项目依托第一次地理国情普查和北京市地理国情常态化监测工作,编制适合北京市具体特点的地理国情监测内容与指标、内业采集、外业调查、调绘底图制作、质量检查和统计分析等系列标准,并在数据建模理论与方法、城市监测技术体系、统计分析单元与计算方法、产品体系和应用模式等方面进行了创新,保证其实用性、针对性、先进性和可操作性,对地理国情监测的开展具有指导和促进作用。Standards are the technical support for economic and social development as an important part of the national quality and technical infrastructure.Relying on the first general survey of geographical national conditions and the normalized monitoring of the geographical national conditions of Beijing,a seriese of standards were compiled with the content and indicators of geographical national conditions monitoring suitable for the specific characteristics of Beijing,internal business collection,field survey,mapping base map production,quality inspection and statistics analysis.It innovated in data modeling theory and method,urban monitoring technology system,statistical analysis unit and calculation method,product system and application mode,and other series of standards ensure their practicability,pertinence,advancement and maneuverability,and could guide and promote the development of geographic national conditions.
