摘 要:煤矿综采工作面切眼大断面巷道通常支护结构较复杂,不易掘进,为提高综采面切眼大断面巷道掘进效率,基于某掘进工作面工程概况,提出了一种新的综采工作面切眼大断面巷道掘进技术,该技术基于大断面一体式支护技术,并优化了综采作业流程,有效提升了切眼大断面掘进作业施工效率与施工的安全性,经具体应用,发现新支护方案不仅可使大断面掘进效率提升34.6%,而且可显著降低巷道顶板离层值,可为类似工况下的切眼大断面巷道掘进提供参考。The support structure of large-section cut roadway in fully mechanized coal mining face is usually complex and difficult to tunnel.In order to improve the tunneling efficiency of large-section cut roadway in fully mechanized coal mining face,a new tunneling technology of large-section cut roadway in fully mechanized coal mining face is put forward based on the engineering situation of a certain tunneling face.This technology is based on the large-section integrated support technology and optimizes the fully mechanized coal mining operation process,which effectively improves the construction efficiency and safety of large-section cut tunneling.It is found that the new support scheme can not only improve the efficiency of largesection tunneling by 34.6%,but also significantly reduce the roof separation value,which can provide reference for large-section tunneling under similar working conditions.
