摘 要:根据临床可视化角膜生物力学分析仪(CorVis ST)检测得到近视患者屈光手术前角膜动态变形历程曲线,采用有限元数值模拟逆解方法确定其角膜在体有效弹性模量。采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法得到CorVis ST喷射气流作用在角膜表面时,瞬态压强值与空间分布的气体载荷函数曲线;建立考虑角膜、巩膜、眼内容物(流体腔)及整眼运动的眼球有限元模型,计算在气流冲击作用时角膜顶点的位移幅值曲线,并与CorVis ST测量结果对比;采用逆解方法计算了4例患者左右眼角膜整体的有效弹性模量,平均值约为0.68MPa,与离体单轴拉伸实验结果接近,表明本文提出的基于CorVis ST临床检测结果逆解在体角膜弹性性能的方法是可行的。It is of great clinical value to evaluate the biomechanical properties of the cornea of myopia patients before refractive surgery in vivo.In this study,inverse finite element method is used to determine the effective elastic modulus of the cornea in vivo based on the patient’s preoperative corneal dynamic deformation history curve obtained from the corneal visualization scheimpflug technology(CorVis ST).The computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method was used to solve the time-varying pressure value and spatial distribution of the CorVis ST jet airflow on the corneal surface.The eyeball finite element model is established taking into account the cornea,sclera,and eye contents(fluid cavity)and whole eye movement to calculate the displacement amplitude curve of the cornea when the cornea is exposed to the impact of airflow.Compared with the measurement results of CorVis ST,the effective elastic modulus of the whole cornea of the left and right eyes of 4 patients is calculated by the inverse solution method and the average value is about 0.68MPa,which is close to the ex vivo uniaxial tensile test results,indicating that the method proposed in this paper based on CorVis clinical test results to inversely resolve the elastic properties of the cornea in vivo is feasible.
