摘 要:采用统一强度理论,对等角八边形中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱进行了研究;将柱分为两个部分:内钢管为一个部分,核心混凝土与外钢管为一个部分。将等角八边形中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱等效为圆中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱,考虑混凝土所受侧向约束应力。结合其受力机理,提出了等角八边形中空夹层钢管混凝土短柱的轴压承载力计算公式;在此基础上,考虑偏心距及柱长度对柱承载力的影响,建立了此类柱偏压承载力计算公式。用本文短柱轴压、柱偏压公式与文献数据分别进行了计算对比,轴压试验值与理论值最大误差不超过14%,偏压试验值与理论值最大误差不超过7%,理论结果与试验结果均吻合较好,验证了理论公式的正确性。在此基础上研究了部分参数对承载力的影响规律,结果表明:在一定范围内,轴压承载力随侧压系数的增大而增大;偏压承载力随偏心距的增大而降低。Based on the unified strength theory,the axial compressive bearing capacity of the concrete-filled double skin steel tube with equal-angle octagon section is studied in this paper.The column is divided into two parts:the inner steel tube is one part,and the core concrete and the outer steel tube constitute another part,concrete-filled double skin steel tube column with equal-angle octagon section is equivalent to concrete-filled double-skin tube column with circle hollow section outer and circle hollow section inner tube.The constraint stress of steel tube on core concrete is considered and its force mechanism is analyzed,then the mathematical formulation of axial bearing capacity for the concrete-filled double skin steel tube stub column with equal-angle octagon section is proposed.On this basis,considering the influence of eccentricity and column length on bearing capacity,the calculation formula of bias bearing capacity is established.By comparing the formulas of axial compression short column and bias column with the data reported in literatures,the maximum deviation between the axial compression test value and the theoretical one is less than 14%,and the maximum deviation between the bias test value and the theoretical one is less than 7%.The theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.It shows that the theory formula is correct.Meanwhile the influences of some parameters on bearing capacity are studied,the results show that within a certain rang,the axial bearing capacity of column increases with the increase of lateral pressure coefficients,and the eccentric bearing capacity of column decreases with increasing eccentricity.
