摘　　要：采用网络调查法和案例分析法,根据国家科技信息政策的基本内涵梳理了各国国家科技信息政策的发展历程,并结合中国科学院文献情报中心的实践,对国家科技信息政策研究及服务的具体内容进行了详细介绍,包括重大政策建议、重要前沿研究及重点活动组织3方面,相关研究对加强国家科技信息政策研究与提升咨询的战略服务能力具有重要意义。The development histories of national scientific and technical information policy in different countries were stratified by network survey and case analysis according to the basic connotation of national scientific and technical information policy,and the specific contents of national scientific and technical information policy and service were described in detail with the practice in our center as an example,which include suggestions for working out the major policies,important frontier studies,and key activity organization.The relevant studies are of important significance for strengthening the study on national scientific and technical information policy and improving the strategic service competence of national scientific and technical information.
