摘 要:通过阐述认知情报学这一新兴领域的概念及研究价值,对认知情报学的基础逻辑进行探究,将其划分为认知资源有限性与认知结构个性化两大核心机理,以及与之对应的两大基础领域:情报支援与情报对抗。针对大数据时代军事情报学研究的新形势,分析认知情报学对军事情报学的作用:有利于实现数据优势与认知优势的深度融合,以实现作战优势和指挥优势。After the basic logic of cognitive informatics was studied by expounding its concept and study value,its core mechanism was divided into cognitive resource limitedness and cognitive structure personalization,and into information support field and information confrontation field,which are corresponding to its cognitive resource limitedness and cognitive structure personalization.The role of cognitive informatics in military intelligence was analyzed according to the new situation in study of military intelligence at the big data time,which benefits the full integration of data advantages and cognition advantages or the realization of combat advantages and combat commanding advantages.
