里岔黑猪种质特性研究现状与未来育种方向

摘　　要：里岔黑猪是山东省著名的地方猪种,兼具瘦肉率高、繁殖力高、适应性强和肉品质好等诸多优良特性。该文综述了里岔黑猪的资源分布与形成历史,并对其繁殖、生长、肉质和抗逆等品种特征进行了描述;回顾了里岔黑猪相关研究的进展,针对其育种现状,对里岔黑猪未来的保种与育种规划进行了展望,从而为该优良品种的种质特性研究和品种资源保护提供参考。As one famous local breed in Shandong province,Licha black pig possesses many excellent characteristics,such as high lean meat rate,high fecundity,strong adaptability,good meat quality.This paper summarized the resource distribution and formation history of Licha black pig,described its breeding,growth,meat quality,stress resistance and other breed characteristics,and reviewed the research progress.Based on the status quo of its breeding,this paper anticipated the future breed conservation and breeding schedule of Licha black pig,providing a reference for the study of germplasm characteristics and breed resources protection of the breed.
