摘　　要：影响全球的新冠肺炎疫情对日本观光旅游业造成了巨大冲击,在限制航班、入境管制等防疫措施下,赴日外国人游客数量骤减,导致日本旅游业总体收入断崖式下跌。为应对新冠疫情带来的不利影响,日本政府及时出台紧急经济对策,并针对受疫情影响严重的观光旅游业、运输业、餐饮业、娱乐业等产业出台多项扶持政策。通过对企业提供专项补贴,提高企业雇佣补助金标准,与主要客源国企业合作,增强各国游客访日意愿。中央政府、民间企业、地方自治体携手合作,推进实施官民一体型消费促进活动。鉴于日本经验,我国也应采取措施,通过转型升级,推动我国旅游业高质量发展。The global impact of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has caused a huge impact on Japan's tourism and tourism industry.Under the anti-epidemic measures such as flight restrictions and immigration controls,the number of foreign tourists to Japan has plummeted,causing the overall revenue of the Japanese tourism industry to fall precipitously.In response to the adverse effects of the new crown epidemic,the Japanese government promptly issued emergency economic countermeasures,and issued a number of support policies for industries such as tourism,transportation,catering,and entertainment that have been severely affected by the epidemic.By providing special subsidies to enterprises,raising the standard of enterprise employment subsidies,and cooperating with enterprises in major source countries,the willingness of tourists from various countries to visit Japan will be enhanced.The central government,private enterprises,and local governments work together to promote the implementation of government-civilian-integrated consumption promotion activities.In view of Japan's experience,my country should also take measures to promote the high-quality development of my country's tourism industry through transformation and upgrading.
