摘　　要：返料器是循环流化床锅炉的重要组成部分,其运行状态直接影响物料循环系统,对锅炉负荷和燃烧效率具有十分重要的影响。如果返料器发生堵塞、结焦、吹穿等情况,会出现返料量不足或大量物料返回,造成锅炉床温、床压大幅波动,严重时造成流化床超温而结焦,被迫降负荷或者停机事故。对自平衡“U”返料器的结构和工作原理,以及返料异常的现象、原因、解决的方法进行讨论。The return device is an important part of the circulating fluidized bed boiler.Its operation status directly affects the material circulation system,and has a very important influence on the boiler load and combustion efficiency.If the material returner is blocked,coking,blow-through,etc.,insufficient return material or a large amount of material return will occur,which will cause large fluctuations in the bed temperature and pressure of the boiler.In severe cases,it will cause high bed temperature boiler MFT or even coking,which will be forced to drop.Load or shutdown accident.The article discusses the structure and working principle of the self-balancing“U”recycler,the abnormal phenomenon of the recycle,the reason,and the solution.
