摘  要:针对现有配网架空线隔离开关存在的不足,从材料学、力学、机械设计等方面开展研究,拟设计、研制一款带防误功能新型三工位架空线路隔离开关。在材料选型方面,重点考虑金属触头、绝缘支撑方面的改良;在结构设计方面,重新设计刀闸触头结构、刀闸防误闭锁结构、刀闸接地触头结构;在安全性能方面,符合国家标准、行业标准相关要求,满足挂网运行的技术条件。In view of the shortcomings of the existing overhead line isolator in the distribution network,the research is carried out from the aspects of material science,mechanics,mechanical design and so on.It is planned to design and develop a new type of three-station overhead line isolator with anti-error function.In the material selection,focus on metal contact,insulation support improvement;In the aspect of structure design,the tool brake contact structure,the tool brake anti-error locking structure and the tool brake grounding contact structure were redesigned.In terms of safety performance,it meets the relevant requirements of national standards and industry standards,and meets the technical conditions for network operation.
