摘　　要：随着社会的发展和进步,我国电力事业处在高速建设和发展之中。伴随着源源不断新科技涌入电力行业,整个电力事业的精密性得到了很大程度上的提高,而伴随而来的是电力行业中变电运行隔离开关和断路器的操作存在着安全和规范问题。在操作过程中发现电力行业对于变电运行人员隔离开关的操作要求描述过于笼统,这使得从事变电运行的工作人员很难按照相关规定对不同现场情况和运行方式进行操作。本文从变电运行人员隔离开关操作要领的角度出发,旨在对隔离开关操作的一些原则和要点进行细致分析。With the development and progress of society,China’s electric power industry is in high-speed construction and development.With the continuous influx of new technologies into the power industry.The precision of the whole power industry has been improved to a great extent,and accompanied by the power industry,there are safety and normative problems in the operation of the isolation switch and circuit breaker.In the operation process,it is found that the description of the operation requirements of the power industry for the substation operators is too general,which makes it difficult for the substation operators to operate according to the relevant regulations on different site conditions and operation modes.From the point of view of operation essentials of disconnector for substation operators,this paper aims to analyze some principles and key points of disconnector operation in detail.
