摘　　要：目的探讨中国汉族人群中血清可溶性Corin水平与超重或肥胖的关系。方法本研究采用横断面研究的方法,随机抽取江苏省常熟市2007-2008年开展的代谢综合征防治研究中的健康成年人作为研究对象,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清Corin水平。采用非条件logistic回归模型和限制性立方样条分析Corin水平与超重或肥胖的关系。结果本研究共纳入1 781名研究对象,其中男性683例,女性1 098例,平均年龄(53.33䥺SymbolqB@12.62)岁,超重或肥胖者共464例。非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,多因素调整后男性log-Corin水平每升高一个单位,超重或肥胖的风险显著降低(OR=0.36,95%CI:0.14~0.91),以男性Corin水平最低分位组为参照,第三分位组超重或肥胖的风险显著降低(OR=0.58;95%CI:0.36~0.93)。限制性立方样条分析结果显示,男性Corin水平与超重或肥胖存在线性剂量反应关系(线性趋势检验P=0.015)。总人群和女性Corin水平与超重或肥胖之间的关联无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中国汉族人群中男性血清可溶性Corin水平与超重或肥胖相关,较高的Corin水平可能是超重和肥胖的保护因素。Objective To investigate the association between serum soluble Corin level and overweight or obesity in Chinese Han population.Methods Individuals wererandomly selected for this cross-sectional study from the prevention and treatment of metabolic syndrome study,which had been finished in 2007-2008 in Changshu City,Jiangsu Province,China.The serum Corin levels were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Unconditioned logistic regression model and restrictive cubic spline were used to analyze the association between Corin and overweight or obesity.Results A total of 1781 subjects were included in this study,including 683 males and 1098 females,with an average age of(53.33±12.62)years old,and a total of 464 overweight or obese patients.According to the unconditioned logistic regression analysis,the risk of overweight or obesity was significantly reduced for every unit increase in the log-Corin level(OR=0.36,95%CI:0.14-0.91)after adjustment in male.Compared with male participants in the lowest tertile group,the risk of overweight or obesity in the third tertile group had significantly decreased(OR=0.58,95%CI:0.36-0.93).The results of restricted cubic spline analysis showed that there was a linear dose-response relationship between serum soluble Corin level and overweight or obesity in males(P for linear trend=0.015).However,the association between Corin levels and overweight or obesity was not significant in the general population or in women(P>0.05).Conclusion Serum soluble Corin level is significantly associated with overweight or obesity in Chinese Han male population,higher Corin levels may be a protective factor for overweight or obesity.
