摘　　要：目的了解2018年湖北省居民健康期望寿命情况。方法利用CHOPIT模型矫正2018年湖北省自报健康调查中收集的健康自报数据从而得到伤残测度,在简略寿命表基础上用沙利文法计算湖北省居民健康期望寿命。结果湖北省居民出生时HALE为54.46岁,男性53.64岁,女性55.37岁,城市人群54.77岁,乡村人群54.01岁,可见女性高于男性,城市高于乡村。结论湖北省居民健康期望寿命存在年龄、性别和城乡差异。Objective Toexplore the health life expectancy of residents in Hubei province in 2018.Methods CHOPIT model was used to correct self-reported health data collected in the 2018 Hubei Self-reported Health Survey to obtain disability measure,and based on the brief life table the Sullivan method was used to calculate the health life expectancy of residents in Hubei province.Results The HALE of Hubei residents at birth was 54.46 years old,53.64 years old for males,55.37 years old for females,54.77 years old for urban population,and 54.01 years old for rural population,indicating that females were higher than males and urban than rural population.Conclusion There are enormous differences in HALE between different age,sex,urban or counties.
