摘　　要：近年来,人类脐带血已成为细胞疗法中干细胞、基质细胞和免疫细胞的重要来源。作为造血干细胞移植来源之一的脐带血干细胞已被用于治疗许多恶性疾病、血液病、免疫缺陷疾病和遗传性代谢疾病等。随着生物及医学技术的不断发展,脐带血的应用越来越广泛。本文简单介绍了脐带血干细胞及其衍生物的研究现状和主要的临床应用。In recent years,human cord blood has become an important source of stem cells,stromal cells and immune cells in cell therapy. Cord blood stem cells,as one of the sources of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,have been used to treat many malignant diseases,blood diseases,immunodeficiency diseases and inherited metabolic diseases. With the development of biological and medical technology,the application of cord blood has become more and more widespread. This article briefly introduces the research status and main clinical applications of cord blood stem cells and their derivatives.
