摘 要:为解决静力压桩后膨润土泥浆对桩基承载力降低的影响,采用水泥、粉煤灰、膨润土为原材料,引入微珠、高分子聚合物以及纳米材料对泥浆的润滑性能、稳定性以及封堵性能进行优化,制备了一种新型减阻固化泥浆材料。研究表明采用微珠替代粉煤灰占比70%,并选用PAM作为高分子聚合物,润滑效果提升,且泥浆28 d体积收缩率小于0.15%,减阻率最佳可达到59.01%,同时纳米苯丙乳液对泥浆体系的优化作用可有效提升泥浆的半渗透与成膜封堵性能。In order to solve the influence of bentonite mud on the reduction of the bearing capacity of the pile foundation after static pile pressing,a new type of drag-reducing solidified mud material was prepared by using cement,fly ash,and bentonite as raw materials,and adding microbeads,polymer and nano materials to improve lubrication performance,stability and plugging performance of the mud.The research shows that 70%of fly ash is replaced by microbeads,and PAM is used as a high-molecular polymer,the lubricating effect is improved,and the volume shrinkage rate of the mud is less than 0.15%in 28 d,and the drag-reducing rate can reach 59.01%.At the same time,the optimizing effect of nano styrene acrylic emulsion on the mud system can effectively improve the semi-permeability and film-forming plugging performance of the mud.
