摘　　要：近年来,为了加快疏解企业办事堵点、痛点,深化"放管服"改革,优化营商环境建设,最大限度惠企便民,国内许多城市开始深化工程建设项目审批制度改革,全面开展工程建设项目多测合并、联合测绘和成果共享工作。结合东莞市工程建设项目审批的实际情况,探讨多部门协同的多测合一(联合测绘)管理流程,构建多测合一全过程管理数据库,开发东莞市工程建设多测合一管理平台,实现工程建设项目审批制度实施全流程管理,助推工程建设项目审批改革。In recent years,in order to speed up easing the bottleneck and pain points of enterprises,deepen the reform of"deregulation,management and service",and optimize the construction of business environment,the maximum benefit for the convenience of enterprises,the domestic many cities began to deepen the reform of the engineering construction project for examination and approval system and overall construction projects and more mergers,joint share and results of surveying and mapping work.This paper combined with the actual situation of dongguan engineering construction project examination and approval,discusses the measurement more unity of multi-sectoral cooperation(joint)of surveying and mapping management process,build a more measured and whole process management database,development construction project in dongguan many measurement and management platform,to achieve the project examination and approval system to implement the whole process management of construction projects,and boost reform for examination and approval of construction projects.
