摘　　要：随着我国城市化进程的快速发展,房产信息越来越受到公众的关注,传统的房管系统由于地图保密因素,向公众提供的房产信息常以文字结合照片的方式进行描述,缺乏空间位置,展示的效果较差。本文主要介绍了基于天地图提供的地理信息服务框架,充分利用天地图应用程序接口(API),将房产信息与在线的地图服务结合,实现了房屋小区、新房二手房、房屋租赁的空间定位和信息查询统计等功能,向公众提供专业的、有特色的基于空间位置的房产地理信息服务。With the rapid development of China's urbanization process,real estate information is attracting more and more attention from the public.Due to the confidentiality factor of map,the traditional housing management system provides the public with real estate information,which is often described by texts combined with photos.The lack of spatial location leads to poor display effect.In this paper,it mainly introduced the framework based on geographic information service provided by the map world,made full use of the map API interface development,combined real estate information and online map services,implementation of second-hand housing,rental housing community,bridal chamber space location and information query statistics,and other functions,to the public to provide professional and distinctive property geographic information service based on spatial location.
