基于治未病理论探讨针灸预处理的机制研究

摘　　要：针灸预处理是中医治未病的特色疗法之一,此文在查阅近年相关文献基础上,通过对相关文献的分析总结,对针灸预处理体现出的治未病三重科学内涵、现代机制研究、目前尚存在的问题以及未来发展的方向等方面进行论述,认为针灸预处理作为中医“治未病”的重要手段之一,有深厚的理论基础和独特的防治疾病优势,但仍需进一步探索临床机制、扩大疾病谱、统一量化标准,为中医针灸“治未病”的推广提供了理论依据。Acupuncture and moxibustion pretreatment is one of the characteristic treatments of Chinese medicine,on the basis of consulting relevant literatures in recent years and analyzing and summarizing relevant literatures,this paper discusses the triple scientific connotation,modern mechanism research,current existing problems and future development direction of acupuncture pretreatment,and as one of the important means of“preventing disease”in traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture pretreatment has a profound theoretical foundation and unique advantages in disease prevention and treatment.However,it is still necessary to further explore clinical mechanisms,expand the spectrum of diseases,and unifies quantitative standards,and provides a theoretical basis for the promotion of TCM acupuncture“preventive treatment”.
