加味吴茱萸散脐疗从肾论治老年性失眠的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加味吴茱萸散脐疗从肾论治老年性失眠的临床疗效。方法将96例心肾不交型老年性失眠患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采取自制中药组方加味吴茱萸散穴位贴敷神阙穴,对照组采用常规西医治疗。对比治疗后2组的疗效,并采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评估各组患者的睡眠时间、睡眠效率、功能障碍等情况。结果脐疗敷贴与西药治疗对老年性失眠均有显著疗效,治疗组的治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察2组匹兹堡睡眠质量量表各项指标,发现治疗后对照组在改善入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率方面优于治疗组,但治疗组患者的睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、日间功能指数评分及总评分与对照组比较明显降低(P<0.05)。结论加味吴茱萸散脐疗从肾论治老年性失眠的临床疗效明确,对比西药治疗更能改善睡眠的质量,减少因睡眠质量差及药物不良作用导致的功能障碍。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Wuzhuyu powder umbilical compress therapy in the treatment of senile insomnia from the kidney.Methods 96 cases of senile insomnia patients with heart-kidney incompatibility were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group took self-made Chinese medicine modified Wuzhuyu powder umbilical compress therapy at Shenque(RN8),and the control group received conventional western medicine treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups after treatment was compared,and the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Scale was used to evaluate the sleep time,sleep efficiency,and dysfunction of each group.Results Both the umbilical therapy application and the western medicine treatment have significant effects on senile insomnia,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale in the two groups were observed.It was found that after treatment,the control group was better than the treatment group in improving sleep time,sleep time and sleep efficiency.However,the sleep quality,sleep disorder,daytime functional index score and total score in the treatment group were significantly decreased compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Wuzhuyu powder umbilical compress therapy has a clear clinical effect in the treatment of senile insomnia.Compared with western medicine treatment,it can improve the quality of sleep and reduce the dysfunction caused by poor sleep quality and drug side effects.
