平衡罐联合穴位埋线治疗脑卒中偏瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察平衡罐联合穴位埋线方法治疗脑卒中偏瘫的临床效果及安全性。方法将60例脑卒中患者按照交替分组方法分为治疗组(30例)与对照组(30例),2组均接受西医基础治疗及康复治疗,治疗组加用平衡罐联合穴位埋线,先行平衡罐治疗,后行穴位埋线治疗。对照组加用针刺治疗,治疗时间为每周针刺治疗5次。治疗周期为12周,随访6个月。在入组第1天、第6周、第12周、第6个月,对患者美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、日常生活活动能力(BI指数)评分、改良Rankin量表(mRs)评分进行观察分析。结果治疗第6周、第12周及第6个月治疗组NIHSS评分、BI指数评分改善优于对照组(P=0.000<0.01)。治疗第6周、第12周及第6个月2组患者mRs评分改善差异无统计学意义(P=0.22>0.05)。结论平衡罐联合穴位埋线可改善脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能及日常生活活动能力,可以作为临床治疗脑卒中偏瘫的优势治疗方案,安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of balanced-cupping combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia.Methods Totally 60 cases were divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to alternate grouping method.Both groups received basic western medicine treatment and rehabilitation treatment.The treatment group was treated with balanced-cupping first,followed by acupoint catgut embedding therapy.The control group was treated with acupuncture 5 times a week.The treatment cycle was 12 weeks,followed up for 6 months.The NIH Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,activities of daily living(BI index)score and mRs score of the patients were observed and analyzed on day 1,week 6,week 12,and month 6.Results The NIHSS score and BI index score of the treatment group at 6 weeks,12 weeks and 6 months was better than that of the control group(P=0.000<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of mRs scores between the two groups at 6 weeks,12 weeks and 6 months after treatment(P=0.22>0.05).Conclusion Balanced-cupping combined with acupoint catgut embedding can improve the motor function of stroke patients.It is a safe and effective treatment for stroke hemiplegia.
