腰椎牵引温针灸联合推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及下肢功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究腰椎牵引温针灸联合推拿对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及下肢功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月收治的80例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和试验组(40例)。对照组患者接受腰椎牵引治疗,试验组患者在对照组基础上采用温针灸联合推拿治疗,以1周为一个疗程,2组患者均连续治疗2个疗程。比较2组患者治疗后临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分以及下肢功能。结果试验组和对照组患者总有效率分别为92.50%和72.50%,试验组高于对照组;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者感觉PRI评分、感情PRI评分、VAS评分及ODI指数均降低,且试验组均低于对照组;而直腿抬高角度均扩大,且试验组大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腰椎牵引温针灸联合推拿可有效缓解腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床症状,减轻疼痛感,改善下肢功能障碍,提高治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of lumbar traction warm acupuncture combined with massage on pain and lower limb function of patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected and divided into the control group(n=40)and the treatment group(n=40)according to the random number table method.Patients in the control group were treated with lumbar traction,and patients in the treatment group were treated with warm acupuncture combined with massage on the basis of the control group.1 week was one course of treatment,and both groups were treated for 2 courses continuously.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after treatment,the pain scores and lower limb function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 92.50%in the treatment group higher than 72.50%in the control group.Compared with those before treatment,the sensory PRI score,emotional PRI score,VAS score and ODI index decreased in both groups after treatment,and those in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,the angle of straight leg raising enlarged in the two groups,and the angle in the treatment group was larger than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lumbar traction warm acupuncture combined with massage can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with lumbar disc herniation,reduce pain,improve lower limb dysfunction,and improve the therapeutic effect.
