摘　　要：恐是一种正常的情志活动,然长期慢性作用于机体就会致病。恐与脏腑气血在体内的循环有一定的关系。易恐体质与寒凝痰瘀阻于下焦有相关性。恐惧刺激与易恐体质内外相因而形成覆脉型郁证,即气血向下偏逆聚于盆腔所致的痰凝气滞、气血下降型郁证。三部六病学术流派创始人、名老中医刘绍武先生在长期临证经验指导下创造性地提出了“四腔-四脉-四证-四方”的辨脉论治郁证体系,拟调肠解凝汤调畅情志、升阳散寒、解凝排浊以治郁,对恐惧所致覆脉型郁证疗效甚佳。Fear is a normal emotional activity,but it will cause disease if it chronically acts on the body for a long time.Fear has a certain relationship with the circulation of visceral qi and blood in the body.The fear-prone physique is related to the obstruction of cold,phlegm and blood stasis in the lower energizer.Fear stimulation and fear-prone physique are the internal and external causes of the Long string pulse type depression syndrome,that is,the depression syndrome of the stagnation of phlegm and qi and the decline of qi and blood caused by the downward deflection of qi and blood to gather in the pelvic cavity.Under the guidance of long-term clinical experience,Mr.Liu Shaowu,the founder of the three systems and six syndromes academic school and a well-known veteran TCM doctor,creatively proposed the system of“four chambers-four veins-four syndromes-four prescriptions”for the treatment of depression syndromes.Mr.Liu created Tiaochang Jiening decoction to regulate emotion,arise and stimulate yang and dispel cold,melt phlegm and drain turbidity to treat depression,which has a very good effect on depression syndrome caused by fear.
