辨证治疗小舞蹈病浅析

摘　　要：目的探讨小舞蹈病的病因病机及中医辨证分型、治疗方法,论述中医药治疗小舞蹈病的优势。方法根据临床表现(症状、舌脉等四诊信息)分为外感风邪、气血两虚、肝肾亏虚3型辨证治疗。结果小舞蹈病多以外感风寒、风湿之邪,或湿郁化热,浸淫阻滞经络,肝肾脏腑功能失常,风、火、痰、瘀等病理产物相互作用影响,并在情志不调、风邪侵袭等诱因下引发肝风所致。结论中医辨证治疗小舞蹈病应用前景广泛,灵活辨证施治常有令人满意的效果。Objective To explore the etiology and pathogenesis of Huntley’s disease and the syndrome differentiation classification of traditional Chinese medicine,and discuss the advantages of TCM in the treatment of Huntley’s disease.Methods According to the clinical manifestations(symptoms,four diagnostic information such as tongue and vein),the patients were divided into three types of syndrome differentiation therapy:exogenous pathogenic wind,deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of liver and kidney.Results More chorea minor are exogenous cold,rheumatism,hot or wet heat-transmission,immerse blocking meridians,liver and kidney dysfunction of the viscera,wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis,such as pathological product of interaction effects,and in the modern,the wind of the evil caused by factors causing autumn zephyrlily.Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chorea minor is extensive and the flexible dialectical treatment often has satisfactory results.
