温经通络汤治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者应用温经通络汤的临床疗效及对其中医证候积分评价。方法抽选2018年3月—2020年8月门诊收治的输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者100例为研究对象。根据随机掷币法均分为对照组(50例)与研究组(50例)。对照组患者接受输卵管通液术治疗,研究组患者接受温经通络汤治疗。评价及对比2组的中医证候积分、疗效、炎性因子、随访妊娠率。结果研究组的中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);相较于对照组,研究组的降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均明显下降(P<0.05);经随访12个月,研究组的妊娠率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者应用温经通络汤治疗能有效缓解症状,疗效明确,且能减轻炎性反应,进一步提升妊娠成功率,可作为一种理想的治疗选择。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Wenjing Tongluo decoction in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility and evaluate its TCM syndrome score.Methods 100 patients with oviduct obstructive infertility admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=50)and study group(n=50).The control group was received tubal hydrotubation,and the study group was received Wenjing Tongluo decoction.The TCM syndrome score,curative effect,inflammatory factors and follow-up pregnancy rate of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the levels of procalcitonin(PCT)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).After 12 months of follow-up,the pregnancy rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenjing Tongluo decoction can effectively relieve the symptoms of infertility patients with tubal obstruction,the curative effect is clear,can also reduce the inflammatory reaction,further improve the pregnancy success rate,and it can be used as an ideal treatment option.
