涤痰汤治疗非酒精性脂肪肝临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究针对非酒精性脂肪肝患者,施以涤痰汤治疗的临床效果。方法参与研究的92例非酒精性脂肪肝患者,均为2018年1月—2020年1月经筛选后纳入。对照组(46例,血脂康治疗)与观察组(46例,涤痰汤治疗)应用随机数字表法完成分组并施以不同的治疗方案,对比分析2组的肝功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,观察组的各项肝功能指标比治疗前及对照组明显数值更低(P<0.05);观察组各等级的脂肪肝评分比治疗前及对照组均明显处于更低水平(P<0.05),以上差异均具有统计学意义。结论针对非酒精性脂肪肝患者,施以中医涤痰汤治疗,相比西药能够更加快速地改善临床症状及肝功能指标,具备更强的药物安全性,值得临床相互借鉴并大力推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Ditan decoction on patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods 92 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were enrolled in the study from January 2018 to January 2020 in our hospital after screening.They were randomly divided into control group(n=46,Xuezhikang treatment)and the observation group(n=46,Ditan decoction treatment).The liver function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The liver function indexes in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of fatty liver in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05),and the above differences were statistically significant.Conclusion For patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,Ditan decoction can improve clinical symptoms and liver function indexes more quickly than western medicine,and has stronger drug safety,which is worthy of clinical mutual reference and promotion.
