清肝健脾汤联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析慢性乙型肝炎应用清肝健脾汤联合恩替卡韦治疗效果。方法选取2018年7月—2020年7月诊治的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者资料,按随机数字表法分为2组,对照组给予恩替卡韦,研究组给予清肝健脾汤联合方案,分析2组临床疗效、肝功能与免疫指标情况。结果干预后,研究组临床总有效98.00%比对照组84.00%高(P<0.05);研究组ALB(38.16±3.27)g/L比对照组高;ALT(41.92±6.35)IU/L、TBIL(22.35±4.63)μmol/L均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组CD3^(+)(63.28±2.88)%、CD4^(+)(39.28±2.37)%等免疫指标比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎应用清肝健脾汤联合恩替卡韦治疗,能改善其肺功能,调节机体免疫功能指标,临床用药效果更为显著。Objective To analyze the effect of Qinggan Jianpi decoction combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods The data of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table.The control group was given entecavir,and the study group was given the combined regimen of Qinggan Jianpi decoction.The clinical efficacy,liver function and immune indicators were analyzed.Results After the intervention,the total clinical effective rate of the study group was 98.00%which was higher than 84.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The ALB of the study group was(38.16±3.27)g/L which was higher than that of the control group.ALT(41.92±6.35)IU/L,TBIL(22.35±4.63)μmol/L of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CD3^(+)(63.28±2.88)%,CD4^(+)(39.28±2.37)%and other immune indicators of the study group were higher than those of the control group.The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Jianpi decoction combined with Entecavir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B can improve its lung function,adjust the body's immune function indexes,and the clinical medication effect is more significant.
