摘  要:结合西山供水工程实例,依据水锤计算的基本原理和两阶段液控蝶阀、进排气阀、真空破坏阀、水泵转动惯量的边界条件建立数学模型,应用计算机对供水工程事故停泵工况进行水锤数值模拟分析,提出有针对性的水锤防护新思路。结果表明,在确定液控蝶阀第1阶段关闭时间和角度的情况下,最大正压、最大负压与第2阶段关阀时间分别呈负相关、正相关,且变化趋势逐渐趋于平缓;转动惯量的增加对此类工程设计水锤负压防护效果不明显;安装液控蝶阀、进排气阀后,采取安装真空破坏阀或对管线进行优化设计的方法可有效地对停泵水锤进行防护。该结果为西山供水工程设计水锤防护提供了理论指导,亦对其他短距离、高扬程供水工程的水锤防护具有较高的参考意义。Based on the case of Xishan water supply project,this paper established a mathematical model according to the basic principles of water hammer calculation and the boundary conditions of the two-stage hydraulic control butterfly valve,air valve,vacuum-breaking valve and moment of inertia of pump.The computer numerical simulation was used to analyze the water hammer of the accidental pump-stop situation.And the then new ideas of water hammer protection were proposed.The results show that when the first-stage closing time and angle of hydraulic control butterfly valve are given,the maximum positive pressure is negatively correlated with the second stage closing-time,and the maximum negative pressure is positively correlated with the second stage closing-time,and these correlations gradually weaken;When the moment of inertia increased,there was no significant effect on the negative pressure of water hammer in this type of project design;When installing hydraulic control butterfly valve and the air valves,the method of installing a vacuum-breaking valve or optimizing the design of the pipeline can effectively protect water hammer of accidental pump-stop.The study can provide theoretical guidance for the water hammer protection design of Xishan water supply project,and has certain guiding significance for water hammer protection in other short-distance and high-lift water supply projects.
