摘  要:鉴于用于替代普通硅酸盐水泥的水硬性硅酸盐建筑水泥越来越受到重视,基于碱性铝硅酸盐原料合成开发了一种可持续的水硬性水泥,该水泥主要使用粉煤灰、高炉矿渣和天然长石作为铝硅酸盐的来源,同时采用少量的氧化钙、氢氧化钠和硅酸钠用作碱和可溶性二氧化硅的来源,并在水泥配方中加入了四硼酸钠以延长凝固时间,在此基础上,对合成的水硬性水泥进行了综合试验评估。结果表明,碱性铝硅酸盐水硬性建筑水泥可满足混凝土施工的通用标准要求,且在抗压强度、水化热、膨胀变形等方面均较普通硅酸盐水泥更有优势。In recent years,the hydraulic Portland building cement used to replace the ordinary Portland cement has been paid more and more attention in the industry.An sustainable hydraulic cement was developed based on the synthesis of alkali silicoaluminate.The cement mainly uses fly ash,blast furnace granulation slag and natural feldspar as the source of aluminosilicate,while a small amount of calcium oxide,sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate are used as the source of alkali and soluble silica.In addition,sodium tetraborate is added into the cement formula to prolong the setting time.The hydraulic cement has been implemented on the comprehensive experiment evaluation.The results show that the proposed alkaline aluminium silicate cement hydraulic architecture can meet the general requirements of concrete construction,and the compressive strength,hydration heat,and expansion deformation have more advantages than the ordinary Portland cement.
