摘 要:目前型号运载火箭增压系统大都采用机械式控制方式,该方式调试难度高、灵活性较差。为此提出一种基于三模冗余技术的数字式增压控制方案。该方案通过放置在贮箱中的三路数字式压力传感器实时采集压力数据并将其送入增压控制器,增压控制器中的处理单元对压力数据进行相应的处理,经三取二算法模块后,控制三路电磁阀的工作,达到调节贮箱压力的目的。该方案通过软件灵活设置贮箱压力带范围,可显著提升压力测量精度且一种单机即可满足多种型号贮箱的增压需求,解决了传统压力传感器难以产品化的问题。通过采用三冗余设计,可以确保在单路出现故障的情况下,系统正常工作,提升了增压系统的可靠性。通过实验,验证了数字式增压控制方案可完成任意路电磁阀打不开或关不上状态下系统的可靠性,同时也表明数字压力传感器增压方案替代现有压力信号器增压方案的可行性,具有较高的推广价值。Most of the launch vehicle pressurization systems use mechanical control mode,which is difficult to debug and has low flexibility.For this reason,triple modular redundancy digital booster controller scheme is proposed.This solution collects pressure data in real time through the 3-channel digital pressure sensor placed in the storage tank and transmits the pressure data to the booster controller.The processing unit in the booster controller processes the pressure data accordingly.After the two out of three system,it controls the work of three solenoid valves to achieve the purpose of adjusting the pressure of the storage tank.This solution can flexibly set the tank pressure band range through software,and can significantly improve the pressure measurement accuracy.And,a single machine can meet the needs of different types of tank pressure control,solving the shortcomings of mechanical control mode is difficult to commercialize.By adopting a triple modular redundancy design,it can ensure that the system works normally in the event of a single-channel failure,which improves the reliability of the booster system.Through experiments,it has been verified that the digital boosting control scheme can complete the reliability of the system in the state that any solenoid valve can not be opened or closed,and it also shows that the digital pressure sensor boosting scheme can replace the existing pressure signal device,and the feasibility of the pressing scheme has high promotion value.
