摘 要:试验旨在探讨卫可、安灭杀、消特灵三种消毒剂对商品蛋鸡育雏空舍的消毒效果,选择规模化养殖场建筑体积相同的商品蛋鸡育雏空舍3栋(1、2、3号),分别用消毒剂卫可、安灭杀、消特灵进行喷洒消毒,用LB琼脂培养基对消毒前后空气和设备表面的菌落总数进行检测。结果表明:安灭杀和消特灵对育雏舍空气微生物的杀菌效果均较明显,平均杀菌率分别为92.24%和93.68%;而卫可对育雏舍空气微生物的杀菌效果极差,平均杀菌率只有41.82%。安灭杀和消特灵对育雏舍设备上微生物的杀菌效果均较明显,平均杀菌率分别为99.97%和99.98%;而卫可对育雏舍设备上微生物的杀菌效果极差,平均杀菌率只有16.27%;消毒后,1、2、3号舍检测位置的平均菌落总数分别为5382、2 cfu·cm^(-2)和2 cfu·cm^(-2)。说明安灭杀和消特灵的消毒效果均优于卫可,安灭杀及消特灵交替使用适合于规模化养殖场蛋鸡育雏空舍的消毒。The study aimed to investigate the disinfection effect of compound peroxymonosulphate powder,compound glutaral solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder on the empty brooding house of commercial laying hens. In this experiment, three commercial laying hens brooding empty houses(No.1, No.2 and No.3) with the same building volume on larges cale farm were selected and sprayed with disinfectants compound peroxymonosulphate powder, compound glutaral solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder, respectively. LB agar medium was used to detect the total bacterial count in the air and equipment surface before and after disinfection. The results showed as the followings: the sterilizing effect of compound glutaral solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder on air microorganism in brooding house was obvious, in which the average sterilizing rate was 92.24%and 93.68%, respectively. However, compound peroxymonosulphate powder had a very poor sterilizing effect with an average bactericidal rate of only 41.82% on air microorganism in brooding house. The sterilizing effect of compound glutaral solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder on equipment surface in brooding house was obvious, in which the average sterilizing rate was 99.97% and 99.98%, respectively. However, compound peroxymonosulphate powder had a very poor sterilizing effect with an average bactericidal rate of only 16.27% on equipment surface in brooding house. After disinfection, the average total bacterial count at the detection site of No.1, No.2 and No.3 was 5 382, 2 cfu·cm-2 and 2 cfu·cm-2, respectively. The results indicated that the disinfection effect of compound glutaral solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder were better than that of compound peroxymonosulphate powder, and the alternative disinfection of compound glutaral solution and sodium dichloroisocyanurate powder was suitable for the empty brooding house of large scale commercial laying hens.
