摘 要:目的对茅苍术不同采收期和干燥方法所得产品的有效成分含量与性状进行比较和分析。方法称重法测定干燥失重率;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和气相色谱法(GC)分别对不同采收期所得茅苍术和茅苍术不同干燥产品中苍术素和β-桉叶醇进行分析鉴定;用外标法计算各成分的相对百分含量。结果干燥方法研究中苍术素和β-桉叶醇都以45℃烘箱干燥含量最高,除水以真空冷冻干燥最为彻底,采收月份研究结果则5月份苍术素含量最高,4月份β-桉叶醇含量最高。结论综合来看,采收期以11月份为最佳采收时间,干燥方法以45℃烘箱干燥为最佳干燥工艺,操作简单、经济且结果良好。Objective To compare and analyze the content and properties of active ingredients in products obtained from Atractylodes Rhizoma from different harvesting periods and drying methods. Methods The weight loss rate was determined by weighing method. High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and gas chromatography(GC) were used to analyze and identify the atractylodin and β-eudesmol in different drying products and different harvesting time of Atractylodis Rhizoma, and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by external standard method.Results In the study of drying methods, the content of atractylodin and β-eudesmol were the highest in oven drying at 45℃, and vacuum freeze-drying was the most thorough method for removing water. The results of the study on the harvesting month showed that the atractylodin content was the highest in May while β-eudesmol in April. Conclusion Taken together, the best harvesting time is in November, and the drying method of oven drying at 45°C is considered as the best drying process. This operation is simple and economical, brings good result.
