中药面膜治疗寻常型痤疮的文献计量学研究

摘　　要：目的采用文献计量学方法总结1999~2018年间中药面膜治疗痤疮的文献中面膜药物组成及使用方法的规律,以期为临床和科研提供参考。方法制定文献的纳入标准、排除标准以及文献检索策略、检索工具、检索时间,以获得符合标准的国内相关文献,对这些文献进行文献特征、历年发表数量、面膜剂型、药物成分、使用方法、疗程和不良反应的情况进行文献计量学分析。结果 (1)共发表了528篇文献,2009年后数量略有上升,文献以临床研究或临床报道为主;(2)中药面膜的剂型以倒膜为主;(3)面膜成分主要为清热药、解表药,大黄使用最多;(4)中药面膜配合中药内服是最常用的治疗方法;(5)治疗时间多为4周,不良反应发生率较低。结论中药面膜对痤疮的治疗逐渐引起了广泛的关注,中药面膜的成分组成、剂型、使用方法和疗程均具有多样性,为规范中药面膜治疗痤疮的研究提供了参考。Objective The characteristics of literatures(from 1999 to 2018) on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) herbal mask therapy in the treatment of acne was analyzed by bibliometrics, in order to draw out the basic disciplines and guide clinical practice and experimental research. Methods Inclusion and exclusion criteria of literatures, and retrieval methods, retrieval tools and retrieval time were predetermined to obtain domestic relevant literatures considered correctively. The literatures were analyzed by metrology in the characteristic, herb selection, therapeutic methods, treatment course, and adverse effects.Results(1) During the period, 528 papers on treating acne by TCM herb mask therapy were formally published in China. The number of papers increased from 2009 as a whole. The papers were mainly clinical researches.(2) Of all formulations, molding mask with herbal powder was applied most commonly.(3) The herb selection concentrated on heat-clearing herbs and diaphoretic herbs. In detail, rhubarb was commonly applied.(4)TCM herbal mask therapy was frequently combined with oral herbs therapy.(5) The treatment course mainly last 4 weeks, without few adverse events reported in relevant papers.Conclusion The treatment of acne by TCM herbal mask therapy has aroused more concerns, gradually. Diversity existed in herbs selection, formulation, combined treatment and clinical course.
