西药配合穴位贴敷治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨复方异丙托溴铵溶液与布地奈德混悬液配合止咳平喘穴位贴敷治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效。方法将2016年8月—2019年10月收集的喘息性支气管炎患儿共70例纳入研究,随机分为对照组和观察组各35例,两组患儿在入院后均采用抗感染及对症治疗。对照组采用复方异丙托溴铵溶液与布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用止咳平喘穴位贴敷治疗,两组患儿各治疗7 d。观察患儿的临床疗效。统计两组患儿的肺部喘鸣音消失时间、咳痰消失时间和喘息消失时间。统计两组患儿的不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率91.43%显著高于对照组71.43%(P <0.05)。观察组肺部喘鸣音消失时间、咳痰消失时间和喘息消失时间均少于对照组(P <0.05)。两组患儿的不良反应发生率对比差异无显著统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论复方异丙托溴铵溶液与布地奈德混悬液配合止咳平喘穴位贴敷治疗婴幼儿喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效高,康复进程快,其临床运用疗效及安全性较高,值得在临床中推广实施。Objective To explore clinical effects of ipratropium bromide solution and budesonide suspension combined with cough and asthma acupoint application on infantile asthmatic bronchitis.Methods 70 children with asthmatic bronchitis collected from August 2016 to October 2019 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into 35 in each of the control group and the observation group.Both patients were used anti-infective and symptomatic treatment after admission.The control group was treated with ipratropium bromide solution and budesonide suspension,and the observation group was treated with cough and asthma acupoints on the basis of the control group.The children in each group were treated for 7 days.The clinical efficacy of children was observed.The lung wheezing disappearance time,sputum disappearance time and wheezing disappearance time were counted in the two groups of children.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups of children was counted.Results The total effective rates in the observation group 91.43%were significantly higher than those in the control group 71.43%(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of lung wheezing,disappearance of sputum and time of wheezing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children(P>0.05).Conclusion Ipratropium bromide solution and budesonide suspension combined with cough and asthma acupoint application in the treatment of infantile asthmatic bronchitis has a high clinical effect and a fast recovery process.Its clinical application efficacy and safety are high.It is worth promoting in the clinic.
