作业疗法在上肢骨折术后肘关节障碍患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨作业疗法对上肢骨折术后肘关节障碍的康复效果的影响。方法我院2018年1月—2020年6月收治的上肢骨折术后肘关节障碍患者68例,随机平均分为两组,对照组与观察组均34例,对照组采用常规康复训练;观察组在对照组基础上给予作业疗法;两组治疗时间均为3周,治疗之后采用健康状况调查简表(The MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)了解生存质量,并应用肢体运动功能Fugl-Meyer(FMA)评分评估肢体运动功能,以日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)评估患者的生活能力。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后两组的健康质量、生活能力、肢体运动功能均得到改善;并且观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对上肢骨折术后肘关节障碍患者实施作业疗法,可更好地提高患者的日常生活能力、肢体运动功能,对患者生存质量的改善具有重要的临床意义。Objective To investigate the effect of occupational therapy on rehabilitation of elbow dysfunction after upper limb fracture surgery.Methods From January 2018 to June 2020,68 patients with elbow dysfunction after upper limb fracture surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,34 cases in the control group and 34 cases in the observation group.The observation group was given occupational therapy on the basis of the control group.The MOS item short from health survey(SF-36)was used to evaluate the quality of life,Fugl Meyer(FMA)score was used to evaluate the limb motor function,and ADL was used to evaluate the ability of life.Results Compared with before treatment,the health quality,life ability and limb motor function of the two groups were improved after treatment;And the indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of occupational therapy for patients with elbow dysfunction after upper limb fracture surgery can better improve the patients’activities of daily living and limb motor function,which has important clinical significance for the improvement of patients’quality of life.
