胺碘酮治疗快速性室性心律失常的护理措施

摘　　要：目的分析探讨快速性室性心律失常患者采用胺碘酮静脉注射的护理措施。方法将本院2018年12月—2019年12月期间收治的80例快速性室性心律失常患者均分为两组,其中实行常规护理干预的为参照组,实行综合护理干预的为观察组,分析对比两组患者的不良反应状况以及护理满意度。结果对比参照组,观察组不良反应发生率明显降低(P <0.05);比较两组的护理满意度,观察组较高,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论在对实行胺碘酮静脉注射的快速性心律失常患者所进行的护理中,综合性护理干预的应用,其护理效果非常显著,有利于提高患者对护理干预的满意程度,减少不良反应的产生,有着推广价值。Objective To analyze the nursing measures of intravenous amiodarone in patients with rapid ventricular arrhythmia.Methods 80 patients with tachyarrhythmia admitted in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were divided into reference group and observation group.The routine nursing intervention was the reference group,and the comprehensive nursing intervention was the observation group.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05),comparing the nursing satisfaction of the two groups,the observation group was higher and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of patients with tachyarrhythmia undergoing intravenous injection of amiodarone,the application of comprehensive nursing intervention has a very significant nursing effect,which is conducive to improving the satisfaction of patients with nursing intervention,reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions and promoting the value.
