摘  要:针对夏季时直接空冷机组排汽压力高,出力受到抑制等问题,采用带蒸发式凝汽器的尖峰冷却系统辅助原空冷系统对汽轮机排汽进行冷却,使得机组夏季排汽压力高,迎峰度夏能力弱的问题得到彻底解决。对某330MW直接空冷机组进行尖峰冷却改造,通过与1号机组对比,分析了改造后排汽压力与机组负荷、环境温度之间的关系。得到如下结论:随着机组负荷的上升,排汽压力降低值增大;环境温度上升,尖峰冷却系统的出力增加。反之,随着机组负荷和环境温度的降低,尖峰冷却系统降低排汽压力的效果也随之降低。The exhaust pressure of direct air cooling unit will be high and the output of unit will be restrained in summer.Against these problems, the peak cooling system with evaporative condenser is used to assist the original air cooling system to cool the exhaust steam of turbine. The problem of high exhaust pressure in summer and the weak ability of facing peak in summer has been solved thoroughly. A 330 MW direct air cooling unit was transformed by peak cooling.Compared with unit 1 after transformation, the relationship between exhaust pressure and the unit load, ambient temperature is analysed. The conclusion is as follows: With the increase of unit load,the decrease value of exhaust steam pressure increases;with the increase of ambient temperature, the output of peak cooling system increases. On the contrary,with the decrease of unit load and ambient temperature, the effect of peak cooling system on reducing exhaust pressure also decreases.
