结构混乱与权力下乡:农村人情异化的形成机制及其治理

摘　　要：在乡村社会转型背景下,农村人情正呈现出异化样态,人情治理成为一项刻不容缓的治理任务。人情异化具体表现在人情名目增多且不合理、人情周期缩短、人情礼金提高三个方面。人情异化不仅导致人情功利化,其情感性和道德性面向衰微,也对家庭发展和乡村社会秩序造成了不利影响。经济精英的财富展演、留守村民的关系依赖、失衡人情的再平衡构成人情异化的形成机制,而在乡村社会的结构性变迁下,社会治理体系失灵加剧了人情秩序的失调,结构混乱是人情异化的本质所在。为此,须通过权力下乡对异化人情进行治理,从重建公共规则体系和动员多元治理主体两个方面重建乡村社会的治理体系,同时国家权力的介入也要有一定边界,由此引导乡村社会走出内生秩序的再生产困境。In the context of the transformation of rural society,rural Renqing are showing an alienation,and the governance of Renqing has become an urgent task of governance.Based on field investigations in rural areas of Guizhou,it is found that the alienation of Renqing is specifically manifested in three aspects:the increase in the number of Renqing and unreasonable names,the shortening of the cycle of Renqing,and the increase in the gifts of Renqing.The alienation of Renqing not only leads to the utilitarianization of Renqing,and the decline of emotional and moral aspects,but also adversely affects family development and rural social order.The wealth performance of economic elites,the relationship dependence of left-behind villagers,and the rebalance of imbalanced Renqing constitute the genetic logic of alienation of Renqing.And under the structural changes of rural society,the failure of the social governance system has exacerbated the disorder of the Renqing order,and structural disorder is the essence of Renqing alienation.On this basis,it is necessary to introduce state power to govern the alienated Renqing,rebuild the governance system of rural society from two aspects:rebuilding the public rule system and mobilizing multiple governance subjects.At the same time,the intervention of state power must also have a certain boundary,thereby guiding the rural society out of the reproduction dilemma of endogenous order.
