摘　　要：2003年6月26日,在济南举行的中共山东省委常委扩大会议确定了济南城市空间发展战略为“东拓、西进、南控、北跨、中疏”十字方针,一个充分体现悠久历史文化、独特自然景观和富有现代化气息的新泉城美丽蝶变,蓬勃发展。On 26 June 2003,the aten-character policy's was put forward at an enlarged meeting of the Standing Committee of CPC Shandong Provincial Committee.The policy focuses on the space planning of implementing "expansion in the east,advancement in the west,regulation in the south,leapforward in the north,and dispatching in the center".Jinan,taking a new look that personifies its long history,profound culture,unique natural charm and sense of modernization,surges forward full of vigour.
