涤纶绣花线减量处理工艺及其染色性能

摘　　要：针对涤纶绣花线绣到底布后手感硬的问题,采用减量工艺对涤纶绣花线进行了改性。探究了减量剂、促进剂、温度、时间对涤纶绣花线减量的影响,优化的减量工艺为NaOH用量2 g/L、乙二胺用量3 g/L、促进剂TH-5011 g/L、温度130℃、时间60 min。结果表明:减量处理后涤纶绣花线手感变软,上染速率明显提高。In order to solve the problem of the polyester embroidery thread hard handle after embroidering the base fabric,the polyester embroidery thread was modified by the reduction treatment.The effects of reducing agent,accelerator,temperature and time on the reduction treatment of polyester embroidery thread were studied.The optimized reduction process was NaOH 2 g/L,ethylene diamine 3 g/L,accelerator TH-5011 g/L,temperature 130℃,and the time 60 min.The results show that,the polyester embroidery thread has softer handle and the dyeing rate is obviously improved after the reduction treatment.
