摘  要:对C.I.颜料绿7进行了溶剂法重结晶颜料化工艺研究,并考察了溶剂、温度及时间等条件对重结晶颜料粗品的影响。最佳工艺条件为:邻乙基苯甲酸作溶剂、溶剂与颜料比1∶1、反应温度100℃,时间7 h,再经水解、过滤、洗涤、干燥处理。结果显示,该工艺得到的颜料与现有工艺GF311商品相比,水性应用着色力为111.04%,饱和度为+2.18。邻乙基苯甲酸回收率达95%。与传统芳烃-松香处理工艺相比,颜料纯度高,不含添加剂,利于下游客户使用和再加工。The solvent recrystallization process of C.I.Pigment Green 7 was studied and the effects of three solvents,reaction time and temperature on the pigment were investigated.The optimum process conditions were as follows:o-ethylbenzoic acid was used as solvent,the ratio of solvent to pigment was 1∶1,the reaction temperature was 100℃,the reaction time was 7 h,and then the pigment was hydrolyzed,filtered,washed and dried.The results showed that compared with the existing process GF311,the waterborne application coloring power of the pigment was 111.04%,and the saturation was+2.18.The recovery of o-ethylbenzoic acid was 95%.Compared with the traditional aromatic rosin treatment process,the pigment has high purity and no additives,which is conducive to use and reprocess for downstream customers.
